Process: We establish the core of the design first: floorplans, elevations, and site design. The initial design process is review-based and highly determinate on client feedback and owner preferences, combined with our design recommendations. Once the design narrows down, documentation begins for structural and other aspects necessary for permitting and construction.
Review PDFs can typically be expected within less than a week from given feedback, and oftentimes even more frequently.
